Aramex poor service and false marketing

Iam so dissatisfied and dissapointed with the service Aramex is give me. My sister sent me a parcel on the 19th of December 2018 and i still haven’t received it, yet today is the 3rd of January 2019 and Aramex claims to deliver 24hrs to 72hrs. I have called countless times both Cape Town where the shipment is coming from to Johannesburg. Cpt aramex told me the shipment left on the 20th around 1pm for Jhb. When i call Jhb, they say the shipment is still in Cpt and they haven’t received anything yet. Lindiwe in Jhb office was so unhelpful and she transferred me Cpt and i spoke to Goerge and he told me to hold then he transferred me to Bloemfontein or Port Elizabeth aramex. It was all a waste of my airtime my energy.
