ARAMEX POOR SERVICE

I posted a parcel on the 25th of June from JHB to Mthatha, the parcel still has not arrived. The driver who has my parcel named Asanda firstly told me his car broke down, phone him again and he was drunk. Spoke to his east london supervisor named John, promised to get this sorted but now he is not picking up my calls. im so dissapointed in Aramex, will never use them again. my contact details are ***
