Aramex poor service

Worst experience ever! Aramex sent me a message that my parcel is out for delivery yesterday. The delivery guy called me and told he’s in Dainfern whereas I stay in Paulshof. I then sent him my address. He didn’t further communicate until I had to call him only to be told that he unfortunately only works in Dainfern and that my parcel is going back to the hub. When I tracked my parcel again it said I should contact the local office of which I tried but no one answered. I’m still waiting for my delivery!!! The least they could have done is make sure my delivery is the first to be sent out. I need it ASAP. This is so unprofessional of you guys!!! You need to do better.
