Aramex poor service

I am sad and disappointed with the service I hv received from aramex..my parcel was sent on the 24th last week wensdy and up till this day ,I have not received anythng.whn I track the parcel is still stuck in jhb headoffice...when I try to call them.no one answers my calls.i hv lost customers because of the poor service....
