ARAMEX POOR SERVICE

Saturday dropped off my parcel & today its Thursday my client hasn't received her parcel. Yesterday, on the Aramex facebook page they responded that my parcel will be delivered yesterday before 17h30. Today I texted my client to confirm and still nothing. If you are trying to build a business rather use a different courier service. Aramex will feed you lies and I can't even trace it but I went to where I dropped it off and it was collected on Monday at 14h00.

DO NOT USE ARAMEX YOU WILL LOSE CLIENTS WHILE YOU STILL TRYING TO GROW YOUR BUSINESS.
