ARAMEX poor service

I have bought a sleeve at Pick and Pay La Lucia and posted it on Monday 24th December before 12.00 noon in the in-store box. Then tried to trace the parcel. I do acknowledge the 25 and 26th being public holidays. I expected it to move to the depot on the 24th and be delivered on the 27th. Instead when I traced it, it is logged on the 27th evening as still in Durban and no update today. Very poor service form a company that claims overnight delivery (Mon-Fri). I will not use them again or recommend ARAMEX.
