ARAMEX poor service

I couriered a parcel from Nelspruit to a friend in Johannesburg. When the parcel arrived the contents were not what I sent. I tried contacting ARAMEX, and until this day they are investigating. How a ''reputable" company can swap waybills is beyond me. I then spoke to a supervisor who said they are waiting for someone to watch footage (so one person in the whole company watches the footage and if they are on leave nothing happens) ARAMEX has clearly lost my parcel. I am told if they can't find it, they will give me a complimentary shipping bag (costs R99) while the things in my package cost me nearly R2000. You are sent from this person to this person and told the person who must watch the surveillance of what happened is not around. I WILL NEVER USE THEM AGAIN. Poor Service and no Accountability!!!!!
