Aramex poor service

I am so disapppointed with Aramex couriers and its not the first time this happens,I have been waiting for my parcel since Tuesday,called them yesterday and they said I can expect my parcel yesterday late or early today,waiting until now,I emailed them and Thozama Madikane who is a team leader responded and said my tracking number does not exist I was shocked because that is the number I got from them,today I just spoke to this negligent Thozama who said my parcel is in Germiston and will only be delivered monday or I should go to the agent in Germiston and collect it myself,because I am desperately waiting for my parcel as I will not be arround tomorrow or that monday to collect it I then asked Thozama Madikane for the address or the number for the agent on email but Thozama Madikane decided not to respond to my emails again,this is not the first time Aramex has done this to me last time I called because my parcel was taking forever to be delivered to me and I asked for the drivers number and spoke to their driver who told me to go fetch my parcel from him and I drove and fetched it because I wanted my parcel,now they doing the same thing and their excuse is that my address is an outlying area but when you send a parcel they do not tell you this because they want business and when they get it they do not care anymore

I AM NEVER EVER DOING BUSINESS WITH ARAMEX EVER AGAIN
