Aramex poor service

I sent a parcel to be delivered back home (Mthatha) via Aramex services (through Pick n Pay Tramshed, Pretoria) on Monday, 9th May 2016. I had asked the lady before using the service , how long it would take for my parcel to be delivered, and she had told me that the following day (10th May 2016) during the day it would be delivered. To my surprise the following day, no parcel was delivered at home, and I had acknowledged the fact that maybe it's a bit farm that is why it's delayed. On the tracking page I had seen that my parcel was in E.L ( probably a two and a half hour drive from home). I had hoped that maybe they'll deliver probably during the day on the 11th of May ( Wednesday). Wednesday late I received a call from home stating that the parcel hadn't arrived. Thursday (12th May 2016) I called the Aramex guys and asked how far my parcel is and they had told me that they are out to deliver and I should expect it during the course of the day, the day went by and nothing from the delivery guys. I had called several times to track my parcel and they kept telling me they were to deliver during the day. I'm very disappointed in the service and I wouldn't recommend it to anyone. Till today(15th May) I'm still waiting for them to deliver.
