Aramex poor poor service

Dropped a parcel 18 December in the box @ BP Birch road Benoni. After waiting 4 hours for what's app responce - I called the call centre - after waiting 15 min for agent to answer - at first I was informed that Aramex does not service the area every day???? Though all adverti*****ts states collections done daily before 15h00. Then the lady wanted the address of the BP with all parcel details and call was conveniently dropped before reference number for call was issued.
