Aramex Poor Pathetic Service with no one to account for it.

When you use a service provider you expect nothing less than excellent service. But my expectations were unfortunately not met as all I got was an awful service with no remorse from Aramex. My parcel was taken on Sunday with a promise of 48 hours delivery. 5 days later, I'm told the parcel is in transit and delivery is said to take place the next day (day 6). Inspite my request to be given a name of a manager to have a request for me to collect from their depot, my request was declined with reason "company policy". To say I'm disappointed is an understatement as my travel arrangements have been affected by this mess up and no one from aramex is willing to own up to their pathetic service. They really don't deserve to get any business. I'm certainly sorry I ever trusted them with mine.
