Aramex poor delivery...

I received a parcel ( ********** 330) from Hong Kong that arrived at Aramex Jhb on 8 January as tracking info show "under processing at Aramex Jhb from 08-01-2019" and is still not delivered till today 8 Feburary , I spoke to one of your agents last week about a other parcel and I asked her to check into this problem where she said she don’t know what the problem is but she will take this up and let me know with no response from anyone from Aramex yet as I requested assistance twice already from the Aramex web site about this parcel so yesterday I got a call to tell me my parcel have been released and should be delivered today. Today the web site says again "shipment on hold" I give up with this poor service. In the meantime I received more parcels that have been ordered after this parcel.......
