Aramex Poor Customer Service

Our company ordered some electrics from China and we usually use DHL Express which is amazing. However this time the company in China decided to use Aramex.

Our package was shipped on the 17/02/2020 and arrived in SA on the 24/02/2020, which should have been delivered on the same day. I called Aramex on 27/02/2020 to see where the package was and no one could assist me.

Subsequently I was given a number to call and waited on the line for almost 20 minutes before I give up. I will never be using Aramex ever again, well never by choice.
