Aramex poor customer service

Aramex is very slow to respond on customer emails and if you call customer care they keep telling you they will call you back ,but did not get one call back Parcel been sitting at customs for a few days and i already got the amount i must pay ,but no response of banking details and reference from them How am i supposed to pay custom duties
