Aramex poor client services / package picked up weight on route to RSA

hi, bought an item in the USA which was delivered to a forwarding address supp**** by Aramex Global. Immediately the weight of the package increase by 1.4lb from that which the supplier and and UPS stipulated. since then which is a few weeks ago the packaged finally got to SA. got cleared though customs in the week. Delivery being withheld due to me not paying. I've opened a case with Aramex to explain or check the weight as delivery costs go up when weight goes up. Have been communicating with client care since 23 March 2021 and still waiting for someone to get back to me. Meanwhile package is stuck in Jhb. The Stellenbosch branch is trying to assist but when call is transferred to Jhb branches they just forward back to Cape.
