Aramex Polokwane is horrible

Aramex Polokwane is the most horrible courier company one can work with.

Last week i had an overseas parcel which was to be delivered to me and the person who was supposed to deliver it to me delegated his work to another driver who services Ladanna and not CBD where i am.

That same driver who was supposed to deliver my parcel came next door to where i work to deliver a parcel and left. I only got my parcel after 2pm simply because the driver said he didn't want to deliver my parcels so the Ladanna driver must take it with him.

Same thing happened today, they gave the Ladanna driver my parcel and i must wait all day because the CBD driver refused to deliver my parcel once again.

I used to be a loyal and a regular customer who left because of their incompetence and lack of customer service. The manager doesnt even care and even if you complain he will turn a blind eye.

Horrible courier company if you ask me. Lack of work ethics
