Aramex-pathetic would be an understatement

So Aramex is the outlying courier for Xtreme nutrition, of which I purchased a few supplement products.

Xtrme Nutrition dispatched my goods in the day I placed my order whic hwas on the 5th of May 2022,it is the 14th of May 2022 and I stil lhave not received my goods. I have contacted Aramex in three occasions with empty delivery promises, I have since then contacted Xtreme Nutrition who cc me in their correspondence to Aramex.

Aramex as a courier company have dropped the ball big time for such a simple process, it is really pathetic service and even the customer service is pathetic. My last telephonic conversation was on the 13th of May 2022 where I was transfered back and forth only to be told I would be called by someone to assist me. I am stil l waiting for that phone call just as I am waiting in my parcel, well done ARAMEX.
