ARAMEX PATHETIC SERVICES AND PROCESSES- THEY DO NOT DESERVE OUR PATRONAGE

I have a parcel that arrived in the country and it's been more than a week now, I was notified more than a week ago and was to pay and show proof of payment by a certain Lady called: 'Khangwelo Netshisaulu' I Notified to her that her costing was wrong and she should update it and revert back to me so that payment can be made, she did not take her phone, I later sent the mail to others colleagues of her no want came back to me till last week Friday that they finally acknowledged that I was right and sent me a new invoice with correct amount during the week end. this morning I made the payment and put everyone that supposed to see the payment and then approved that payment was made, I have sent two mails today still no one rep****. the below mails are all the people on the mails I sent this morning: ***;'Zanele Mqwathi' <***>;'Khangwelo Netshisaulu' <***>;'Sifiso Mahlangu' <***>. upon calling this afternoon, I was told that their processes do not allow them to talk to each other and as I am speaking now I have lost a customer and I told them about it already last week Friday. some of the shipments came through FedEx, TNT and DHL I have long delivered them to my customers of which the order were made long after Aramex. this should be the last time I am using Aramex
