Aramex Pathetic Service

I am sooo disappointed by the service and how rude your advisors are at your PE branch. My parcel was delivered to the wrong person and when asked why would you leave a parcel with a person not intended for I'm getting stupid responses. Your service is really pathetic and you really do not care. I have been following up with a Mbali on your livechat as well as Candice from your PE branch clearly you are ***** and care not about the business. I only want for my parcel to be found and returned back.
