Aramex pathetic service.

I have a shipment from the US coming to SA via Aramex Global Shopper. I noticed on the SAD500 that I am being charged 50 USD for insurance, I did not ask for my parcel to be insured and for 2 weeks I am battling to get any feedback from Aramex on why insurance of 50 USD was added to my bill without me asking for insurance. Everytime I call Aramex I get put on hold for more than 20 minutes with no answer, I have multiple references from unanswered mails. I will not pay what Aramex is asking me to pay to have the parcel delivered while I am being charged for something I did not asking for. Aramex is pathetic service. I just wonder how many other times I was charged for insurance on my other shipments, just that this time I decided to check the SAD500 and noticed the charge for insurance.
