Aramex Pathetic Service!!!

I'm very disappointed in Aramex!! Their service is pathetic and I also recommend people not to use them. Let me tell you my story.... A gift were Post/Courier via Aramex 5 February 2021 and I still haven't received my parcel!!! I'm phoning them like everyday to follow up and all I'm hearing is they are busy searching for my parcel or they are waiting for the risk department, but they will get back to me and they just don't!!! I'm waiting longer than a month now and I'm sick and tired of their pathetic service!!! I just wish my problem can get solve..... Can somebody please help me because I don't know what to do anymore!!! Tracking number DBP***
