ARAMEX PATHETIC DELIVERY SERVICE

Good morning all... Purchased an item on Ebay in 2020 whereby the seller confirmed that ARAMEX could deliver the item by 21-28 November 2020...Called & sent emails umpteen times to the ARAMEX SA centre,when they eventually answer(if they answer), they will get back to me on the status of the item, which they never once did... On the 13 January 2021, sent an email to their customer complaints explaining my ordeal. The next day a representative calls me to apologise & he is giving all attention to the matter & getting back to me ASAP... TODAY is the 1 February 2021...Still no feedback... Pathetic service is an understatement... They should close this circus down... Definitely wouldn't recommend them to anyone out there...
