ARAMEX PATHETIC COURIER COMPANY

I own 2 companies and has been using Aramex for all my shipments over the past 6 years, 6 WASTED years. I spent more than K500 over this time frame using their drop-box service. I DISCOURAGE any one to do business with this company, they are getting worst by the day and never delivers on time. Parcels going missing, the drop-box never gets collected on a daily basis and learn from my experience, THEY ARE PATHETIC BEYOND. Rather use the Courier Guy who lives up to their standards. Aramex alwats promisse to phone you back, they NEVER do whenever you have a complaint or parcel search. Wake-up Aramex, I think your time in this industry is done and over! I even encourage their staff to find another company to join as I don't think I personally would ever want to work for such a company.
