ARAMEX- PATHETIC COURIER COMPANY

I am completely and utterly disgusted with the service received from ARAMEX. I sent parcels to my family for Christmas, it was suppose to be their Christmas presents. I am working so I do not have leave. The parcels was submitted on sunday, 20 December, I was informed it takes 72 hours. Wednesday, the parcel never even left the depot in east london. I gave specific instructions to return the parcel to me IMMEDIATELY. Every time I called I could never speak to a manager. Thursday, numerous calls was made. Only to be informed that my request was only captured that afternoon. It resulted in me having to buy Christmas presents AGAIN and drive to my family which reside in another province, 12hrs away from to deliver my Christmas presents. I phoned countless times. Every time I would be called back. Up to now NO CALL AND NO PARCELS. PATHETIC, UNRELIABLE
