Aramex parcels

I have sent parcel from East London to Alice and it'salmost 4 weeks now there's no one is willing to help me.. its not even 1 hr driver from East London to Alice but still waiting for the parcel.. which has Brazilian hair that cost me R5000. What a selfish courier service.
