Aramex parcel, not delivered, been a week now

If there was a zero star, I would definitely give it to them. I don't know how I got duped into using this courier, I have always know they're the most pathetic company, but we're here. I left the items at Pick n Pay on Monday evening, was informed that they will fetch it on Tuesday. The parcel has not been delivered, and it's been week. I lost the waybill and so now that is my punishment, I will not be assisted, wow!!! With such pathetic service, they must just close shop, honestly.
