Aramex parcel not delivered and no communication from them

Expected a delivery of a parcel on the 17th of December. It is the 24th of December and tracking shows that parcel has been with Aramex since the 17th of December already. Can't get through via contact number provided - phone just keeps ringing for the last 5 days now. No communication about delay whatsoever. Atrocious for this time of the year! Had a similar experience last year. Won't be using them again for my business or for my personal parcels, as they just keep letting me down and don't communicate with customers.
