Aramex parcel delivery

I am very dissatisfied with the service from aramex sandton. I have been waiting for my parcel from Tuesday. I couldn't track my parcel as the link gave me a 404 error. When I tried calling the offices. My call is not answered. Now I received a SMS stating that I was unreachable.

I am so confused, I wish this issue gets resolved as I really need to have that parcel in my palms.
