Aramex package has gone missing

I used Aramex as a courier company to send a package via Postnet, Centurion to Capetown. 2 Weeks later and the package has still not arrived. The package was received and scanned at Aramex's depot and from there has disappeared into thin air.

Aramex does not communicate with its customers - they do not reply to emails, telephone messages and promise to get back to you, but never do.

Avoid this company at all costs!!!!
