Aramex overpromises & unde delivers

Aramex South Africa likes to overpromise & under deliver. I recently order something to be couriered by Aramex South Africa & they have been nothing but useless. I gave them a business address to deliver to & they have failed & instead **** about coming to deliver after hours. They haven't contacted me to that effect I had to follow it up with their office & I was assured that another delivery attempt would be Scheduled and which it hasn't happened. I also specified the delivery times but they haven't made updates on their side nor tried to contact me.
