Aramex Overnight, what a joke

I Sent a package through Heidelberg Mall Posnet, who now are Aramex affiliated, to Herm**** on the 22nd September 2015, I sent it counter to counter (Postnet to Posnet) to alleviate any delivery to address problems that could occur. And paid extra for overnight delivery to make sure the package gets there by 23/09/2015,<br> <br> I just phoned them to hear what has happened with the package, and get told that the package is still at the Cape Town branch and will only be delivered on Friday. <br> <br> Now my brother has to specially drive through from Gansbaai to Herm**** on Friday, (Extra Time and Costs Involved), just because the *********** Aramex staff, have no clue as to what overnight means, and this is tantamount breach of contract. <br> <br> How can they charge for overnight, which costs more and then give you normal service, they probably think, we the public are a bunch of idiots.
