Aramex - Overnight delivery, I think not!

Aramex is the worst courier company I have dealt with. It is actually disgusting!

I paid for an overnight delivery earlier this week that promises the package will be delivered before 12pm the next day! Not only did this not occur but it was delivered after 48 hours! Why do I pay for overnight delivery if it is only delivered after 48 hours, I might as well have posted it and it would be delivered faster!

I called 3 different operators to find out where the package is, holding on a single call for more than 10 minutes! This is utterly disgraceful.

Then I ask them what I pay for and they have nothing to say.

Never mind getting a refund for some of the money to rather pay for 48 hours delivery. Not a word about that.

If you are considering to courier with them, this is a fair warning to reconsider and rather use another company.
