Aramex Overnight Delivery has taken a full week to be delivered

I would recommend use of any other service. Firstly lost my package, then when it eventually got sent, the driver said they have too many packages, and won't be able to deliver - rescheduled. And the person who I spoke to "Andre" on their online chat's solution was purely "I do apologize for the delay. Your best option may be to call them to resolve the matter." Unacceptable service.
