Aramex outstanding deliveries

Good day,

I would like your assistance with Aramex. I have been awaiting a parcel that was supposed to be delivered to me since 7th of September 2021. I couldn’t even track it as it’d say the tracking number doesn’t appear on their system. This is still the case today. I then emailed Aramex after about a whole week of not receiving my parcel, and they told me that it isn’t on their system and that I should wait for feedback. I am still waiting for them even today. While waiting for this first one, I sent out another parcel using Aramex. This was on the 20th of September, and the receiver still hasn’t received it. I also can’t track this one, for the same reasons as those of the first parcel. When I contact them, they tell me to wait for feedback. They didn’t even ask me for the tracking number or anything, the consultant simply told me to wait, and never rep**** my emails again.
