ARAMEX Opened package and damaged goods

I have send a parcel to my daughter through Postnet. They use Aramex courier service and she received the parcel today and the parcel was opened and almost everything in the parcel was damaged. How do they do that? What type of service is this!! everything was properly packed. Please P Postnet use another courier service
