ARAMEX NOT RESPONDING AND CLEARING GOODS IN TIME

<p>Aramex received my parcel on 23 May 2017 and they have been holding my parcel since then. I have been calling them thrice a day since the parcel arrived but they have not been responding. I was informed that the I needed to pay money for customs, I aksed for an invoice so that I could make the payment and up to today, the invoice has not been issued. Iam in need to the contents of the parcel and it is now strssing me when I will get the parcel.. I do not not know what to do. The service is so teribble......</p>
