Aramex not reliable

Packages were not collected every day as promised to deliver next day. Some days the bin at Pick 'n Pay was so full you could have just took any package you want - not even place for another because they did not collect previous day. My package was ****** at their office, wasn't even send out for delivery. Now they do not know where the package is and they only want to give my a bag to keep me quiet. On the tracking website it said : send back to shipper just that it looks like it was solved but it wasn't - the package is still missing. It is not only my package that is missing but other businesses packages also went missing somewhere. The package was out for delivery on the 1st Aug 2017, message on tracking website said received at facility - not updated until now that I'm looking for the package.
