Aramex not offering service

A parcel was sent on 23/06/2020 and today, 08/07/2020 it has not yet been delivered?

Online the parcel was updated only 24/06 and again 07/07?

Overnight courier service is not an accurate description.

It has been 15days I even logged a complaint but no feedback has been received.

It is also very difficult to get through on their lines to speak to someone...
