Aramex not keeping up to their overnight delivery claim.

I am beyond frustrated. I dropped a parcel in the Aramex Drop box at Pick n Pay, Durban North last Wednesday, for delivery to Bluff (within the same city). The recipient has still not received this parcel. Their online tracking system states that there were 2 attempted deliveries, on on Thursday and one on Friday, and that the customer was not available. However, the customer has been at her home all the time. No attempt was made to contact her either. Upon calling the customer care line more than 15 times on Friday, where it is almost impossible to have someone answer, I was told that a gentleman by the name of Thabiso would be able to arrange delivery and my number was taken to have him call me. I had to call back myself on Monday morning. Finally got hold of Thabiso, who said the parcel is at the Aramex Centre, and he will have the operations team sort it out. Then the Aramex online tracking system is updated to read that the parcel will be made ready for customer collection. This was not what I was told. It is now Monday evening, 6 days since I dropped my parcel into the Aramex box... And it has still not been delivered! How is this an overnight delivery service? And why is it so difficult to get assistance from the Aramex customer service!?
