Aramex not even concerned with providing a solution or help.

I've been trying to get hold of a package for MONTHS now. it was a prize won which the sender has provided proof of payment numerous times. Went though a large number of emails and phone calls with no solution or even feedback however they keep forwarding through invoices periodically. Pathetic service
