Aramex not delivering parcel

Aramex received a parcel for me on Monday the 21 December 2021 at Edenvale. It was supposed to be delivered to me in Irene. Aramex captured my address incorrect and never delivered my parcel despite me following it up with them several times, giving them the correct address.
