Aramex not delivering overnight as promised, with no information on tracking!

Very disappointing Aramex did not let the Pick n Pay customers know that their parcels will be delayed. The website said that they are closing for 24 - 48 hours from the 24th of June 2020, I was sent a parcel from Heidelberg Pick n Pay on Sunday the 28th of June and it is Wednesday the 01st of July and I don't have my parcel which I need for my Fathers funeral on Friday. No communication from them or apology that they are not able to deliver. I spend a lot of money on the content of the parcel.
