Aramex Not Delivering on Promises.

My parcel *** has been 'held in customs' for almost 2 months now. I have contacted Aramex constantly, only to receive automatic emails, dropped calls and unhelpful staff that say it'll be cleared 'soon'. It's literally 3 pieces of perspex - how problematic can it be? The fact that Aramex is now flagrantly ignoring me, yet are happy to take my money is making me suspect that they've lost my package and are trying to avoid compensating me for the loss. This is just plain pathetic, especially because I upgraded to FLEX on their AGS platform specifically to avoid these issues.
