Aramex not delivering, not keeping promises

I have ordered 2 computers from Evetech. The package was picked up from the vendor on 10 June. On 18 June I still have not received the package.

I have called several times, and most of the time the phone is not answered.

I have been promised that the package will be delivered before 2, then before 6, then before 3 the next day. I am still waiting.
