Aramex not delivering my parcel

I have been waiting for my parcel to be delivered since the 8th of june....whenever i call the contact center i get told that the parcel will be delivered in two days..... i have been calling every week for an entire month but i still don't have my parcel. Tracked my parcel on their website and the last update was on the 18th of june and it says the parcel is in transit and should reach destination soon... this is absolutely ridiculous and i am sick and tired of calling the call center as they keep taking my address but no delivery is being made..... Trashy trashy service.
