Aramex not delivering international package even after custom tax were paid

I paid my taxes on a parcel 2 days ago, and even though I contacted Aramex, they are not even bthered to deliver my parcel! This is unacceptable for any courier company, and clearly Aramex don't care about client service as well as any bad review. My parcel number is *** and I want this today! It has been with you now from the 2nd of September 2021!
