Aramex - Not a global provider of comprehensive logistics and transportation

I ordered a product from iHerb. This website is from the US. I ordered a product for acne treatment. Nowhere does it in the website that would require an ID or a prescription letter in order to receive this product. I had been seeing a lot of issues with my shipment and I thought to speak to somebody about it. Nobody mentioned in the time that this product came to South Africa that a prescription letter or an ID would need to be provided in order to receive this product. Nowhere at all. Aramex Customer Service is the worst I’ve experienced. They are not helpful and they are not professional. After letting them know that I do not have a prescription letter they then said to me that I need to request a refund from the original website. And now I’m having to do extra work because Aramex failed to disclose that information in their terms and conditions. Again, very unprofessional. So if anybody is looking to use Aramex as their choice of shipment, I would say think twice.
