Aramex non existent service

Terrible service. Consultants don't know why there are delays in packages. Custom fees extremely high. Not picking up calls. Delays in delivery. My delivery had been in SA over 10 days now and I still have not received it. Disgusting, appalling service. I would never recommend it to anyone.
