Aramex - no service
Do not use them! No follow up, it is appalling! They did not stick to delivery date, I was out of town to attend crucial interview. They left no voicemail, no number, no contact details. Their whatsapp bot is as helpful as porcelain doll. I sent e-mail, which their system blocked. Website says my parcel is on hold, with no info on how to retrieve or even pick up myself. The order cost me R3000 snd I have no way of getting my parcel. DO NOT USE ARAMEX

Aramex followed up today and delivered my parcel, as per message received. It is true, I could not speak to customer service or a helpline, and that Aramex can improve upon, but they made a follow up visit and delivered my parcel. I will order again. They definitely deserve another chance. Thank you to Aramex and friendly driver!
