Aramex - No delivery on Service or Parcel

I have a Parcel that's being sent from Evetech via Aramex. It was sent on 15 December. Their website still shows NO update since 15 December, the ETA for delivery was 16 December. It is now 20 December. Calling their offices is of no help as I've not been able to get hold of anyone the whole day, even after waiting 15min's in the calls. I've opened two support requests with them, one over the weekend and one today, neither has been responded to. I've also chatted to an agent via their "ChatBot", at least he was able to tell me that he's given the info over to the team to investigate where the parcel is, that was this morning, it's now 15h00 and still no update or clue what is going on. This is by far the worse experience I've had with a courier company and will be the last time I make use of them. I will never recommend them to anyone. I will also take this as far as necessary until it is resolved and the company decided to get their act together and deliver the parcel and service that was paid for.
